Inspired by his mother Emilia, a renowned chef, Papa has crafted a menu that celebrates authentic Spanish flavors—from savory tapas and signature sangrias to paellas and refreshing cocktails. We’re blessed to have been a part of the community in downtown Delray Beach. Now, Papa & his daughter are taking Papa’s Tapas to the next level and continuing the legacy he has established.
